SHIPPING

We provide a tracking number for every parcel sent : you can easily track your order every second from the minute we send it!

If you order before 12:00 AM (Gmt +1), your parcel will be shipped the same day. Orders processed between friday afternoon & monday morning will be sent monday afternoon.

Shipping costs will be automatically added to your order. But shipping does not include the custom costs.


Europe : Colissimo Suivi Europe (estimated delivery : 3 to 5 days)
Rest of the World : Colissimo Suivi International (estimated delivery : 5 to 10 days)

The delivery time is just an estimation : we actually don't ship door to door.

 


RETURNS POLICY
We’d be sad to know you’re unhappy with the goods you ordered, but you can ask for a return within 14 days of receipt of your order : the products have to be unworn, complete with all original tags, in mint and resalable condition. You can ask for a replacement, or a refund. We don't provide any return labels : shipping items back is at your charge.

How to return your order :

1 : ask us for a return number by mail.

2 : Please ensure the return is well packaged, and be sure it meets all the conditions listed above.

3 : Join a copy of the invoice, and write down if you want a replacement or a refund.
