S'inspirant des chaussures de volley-ball brésiliennes des années 70, la VEJA Volley est une réédition du tout premier modèle de la marque. Conçues pour allier style rétro et engagement écologique, ces sneakers sont fabriquées au Brésil avec une attention particulière aux matières premières. La tige et les empiècements sont en cuir Organic Traced (O.T.), provenant du sud du Brésil et d'Uruguay. Ce cuir bovin est tanné localement dans des ateliers rigoureusement sélectionnés pour leurs normes environnementales, garantissant l'absence de composants nocifs et une consommation d'eau maîtrisée. La semelle extérieure est composée de caoutchouc d'Amazonie (40%), de silice minérale et de caoutchouc recyclé, tandis que la semelle intérieure intègre du caoutchouc d’Amazonie et de l'E.V.A. bio-sourcé issu de la canne à sucre. La doublure est en polyester 100% recyclé et les lacets en coton biologique. Le produit est livré dans une boîte certifiée FSC™ et un emballage composé d'au moins 70% de matières recyclées, lui-même recyclable et réemployable, soulignant l'engagement de la marque sur toute la chaîne de production.
